What Are SIP's?

SIP's (Structural Insulated Panels).

SIP's are made of OSB (Oriented Strand
Board), which is both sustainable and stronger
than tradition materials.

Polystyrene Foam Core Insulation

SIP's are constructed in a warehouse. In an
enclosed environment, to exact specifications that
are programmed into a computerized system, and
made to order. The process takes 4-6 weeks to
complete each home's exterior structure. It is then
shipped in panels, with complete instructions and
architectural plans to be assembled and completed
on the job site. Build Green's contractors will only
require 3 months to complete your dream home.
